Refund Policy

Last updated: 24 March 2026. This policy outlines refund and cancellation terms for purchases made through Gyftpe, operated by Bit Byte Partners.

Bit Byte Partners ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Gyftpe platform. This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of gift cards, vouchers, and related services made through Gyftpe. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy. For general terms of use, see our Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Gift card and voucher purchases: Once a gift card code or voucher is delivered to you, it generally cannot be refunded because codes can be copied and used. Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical or fulfilment failure (e.g., wrong code delivered, code already used due to our error, or code invalid at delivery). You must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Unused or unfulfilled orders: If you cancel an order before the gift card or product is generated or dispatched, you may be eligible for a full refund. You can request a refund by contacting us at support@gyftpe.com. Please mention noting your order reference and reason for the request. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The request needs to be made within 24 hours of the order placement.

Timelines

  • Cancellation: You may request cancellation of an order within 1 hour of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or fulfilled. For instant-delivery items, cancellation may not be possible after the order is submitted; we will confirm eligibility when you request cancellation.
  • Refund processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For wallet or bank transfers, processing may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Charges and Deductions

  • No cancellation fee is charged if you cancel within the allowed cancellation window and before fulfilment.
  • If a refund is approved after delivery due to our error (e.g., wrong or invalid code), we will refund the full amount paid. We may request proof (e.g., screenshot or error message) before processing.
  • We do not charge restocking or processing fees for eligible refunds. Any third-party payment gateway or bank charges are not refundable.

Replacement Terms

  • Where a delivered gift card is defective, invalid, or not as described, we may offer a replacement of equivalent value instead of a refund, at our discretion.
  • Replacements will be processed within 3–5 business days of approval. If a replacement cannot be provided (e.g., out of stock), we will process a full refund as per the timelines above.

Exceptions

Refunds and replacements are not available where the issue is due to user error (e.g., wrong email, use of code on wrong region or platform), violation of our Terms and Conditions, or suspected fraud. Disputes must be raised with us within 30 days of the transaction.
