Redeeming your voucher
Most e-gift cards and digital vouchers work in three steps: receive the code from Gyftpe, open the official brand app or website, and apply the code at checkout or in the wallet section. Always download apps from official stores and avoid sharing OTPs with anyone claiming to be “support.”
Troubleshooting
- Confirm the voucher is for the same region (India / INR) and channel (app vs web) you are using.
- Check start date and expiry on the product page and order confirmation.
- Retry after a few minutes if the brand reports a temporary error.

Common questions
- How do I redeem an e-gift card I bought on Gyftpe?
- Open the email or SMS from your order (or your Gyftpe account order history), copy the code or follow the link, then paste it in the brand’s app or website where they accept gift cards or vouchers. Each brand’s screens differ slightly—use their “Add gift card” or “Pay with voucher” flow.
- What if my gift card code does not work?
- First double-check you are on the correct brand app or site (not a third-party seller) and that you entered the code without spaces. If it still fails, email support with your order ID, a screenshot of the error, and the time you tried—we will trace delivery and replacement policy with the issuer.
- How do I check my gift card balance?
- Balance checks are handled by the brand that issued the voucher. Use their official app or website balance or wallet section, or the instructions included with your Gyftpe order. We cannot see your live balance on the brand’s side.
- Where can I read terms, refunds, and privacy?
